Agreement to Terms

By using Salad Alchemy, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve written them in plain English instead of legal jargon, but they’re still legally binding.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website. We’d hate to see you go, but we get it.

Using Our Recipes & Content

Personal Cooking

Go ahead and cook! Make our recipes for yourself, your family, friends, and anyone you want to feed. Share meals! Enjoy delicious salads!

Share the love: Feel free to share links to our recipes on social media, emails, or your blog. We love when people discover new salad ideas through you.

Don’t copy-paste everything: Please don’t republish our full recipes as your own content. A brief description with a link back to the full recipe is perfect.

Modify freely: Adapt our recipes for your dietary needs! Different proteins, extra veggies, whatever works for you. If you share modifications online, we’d appreciate a mention that you started with our recipe.

Commercial use: Food businesses, restaurants, or commercial kitchens wanting to use our recipes? Email us at contact@saladalchemy.com first. We’re usually happy to work something out.

Our Blog Content

Quote away: Share small portions of our articles (a paragraph or two) with a link back to the original. Great for social media or blog discussions.

No full republishing: Don’t copy our entire posts, articles, or guides to other websites. We need people to find content on our site so we can keep creating more.

Our photos: Recipe photos are our original work. Don’t use them without permission. Made one of our recipes? Share YOUR photo – that’s wonderful!

Comments & Community

We love feedback! Your reviews and comments make our recipes better for everyone.

By commenting, you agree: We can use your feedback on our website and marketing materials. Don’t worry – we’ll credit you appropriately.

Keep it constructive: We’re all learning together. Comments should be helpful and family-friendly. We’ll remove spam, inappropriate content, or mean-spirited remarks.

Share your photos: Email us pictures of recipes you’ve made! We might ask permission to share them on social media (with full credit to you).

Community Guidelines

Be helpful, respect others’ dietary needs, and remember that many people are on health journeys. No spam or unrelated product promotions.
